Victoria Kelly is a photographer and journalist who lives in Lusaka. She has travelled widely across Zambia and the region over the last 15 years for both work and pleasure, always with a camera by her side. She is particularly interested in photographing people and places, and in finding pattern and art in the landscapes around her. More recently, Victoria has rekindled her love of film photography, setting up a darkroom in her studio in State Lodge where she processes her own film and prints. She says she enjoys the slowness of film photography as it makes her think more carefully about the pictures she is taking - a mindset that is also reinvigorating her digital photography.
